A good stand alone email confirmer?

Ive heard that Chameleon submitter has a nice email confirmer, but I dont want to pay monthly CS fee to be able to use the confirmer. Is there a good stand alone version available that could confirm even those emails with a copy/paste code requirement. :helpme
