Anyone regularly post RSS / Press Releases?
 

as a source of traffic? if so, how well does it do for ya? I know there is potential in RSS but haven't really done much research yet on PR's.

RSS rocks :thumbsup if you want to give it a try and have detailed statistics magpie is a great PHP class to use, also a free service to track your feed(see how many subscribers etc) is Feedburner

I don't understand how you do PR via RSS.

Do you pay someone to include your PR in their feed?

I think maybe the guy means RSS and PR as seperate -features- at least thats how I take it

How is a good way to use/implement this?

Well for example on my sex blog I publish my full RSS, other websites have scripts that publish my text on thier pages, usually off to the side, also any affiliate links I post will be come through in the RSS. Saves me bandwidth when people pull my RSS and not my full page, usually a geeky freeloader will have an RSS aggregator software so he can still browse my content just not waste my bandwidth. I guess it depends on your niche or your style of adult website, obviously for blog-like websites it will do better than TGPs.
