I don't know who's character this is but it always makes me laugh. Hilarious stuff. Definitely one of the better characters I've seen around!

Have an ASA certification here. Remeber the wet test well. We had the man-over-board drill. ya have to perform the resuce under sail with out the use of an engine. It requires sailing a figure eight. We ran over the dummy twice before snaging it with a hook. We would of killed the bastard if it was real. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh
