www.wildvoyeur.com is a cheater and a liar. He is using hundreds if not thousands of my images. He claims he got them from an ftp server. so fucking what! He is also using my images for his feeder sites: one example: www.mardi-gras-pics.com
The sorry cocksucker has already started deleting shit because he is a scared fucking theif now! He was deleting as I was slamming him on icq after he gave me a password of his members area. I have his confession on icq logs too (the sorry squirming loser!) He says "oh im so sorry, i didnt know, how can I make it up? Argh! HE'S LYING ABOUT THAT! I HAVE PROOF! The dumb bitch even admits to using pictures he gets off the net and in newsgroups right in his legal and copyright info! I am so pissed I can hardly type this. Give him the option of buying out against legal action... Put a dollar sum on the content that belongs to you that's on his site.. Offer him 7 days to remit payment in that amount for use of the content..(IE..in effect giving him license to use..) Shall he decline that license, inform him that you shall pursue legal action against him... is what i meant, sorry for the confusion, in the heat of battle I made a typo. The html for this page has been changed, there were like 5 galleries more on there earlier today that had about 10 or 15 pics a page. As I said before: as I was talking to him for the first time on icq after getting his icq # off this board he knew he was busted! He was deleting the shit as we spoke! and then after he let me in the members are and I saw that 1/2 of his picture content of wildvoyeur.com was mine I really got pissed! Like I am a fair player and this business does not need flopdicks like that in it! It makes it harder on everybody. I made him an offer that he should of took, he did not, he was dumb up until the last minute. And now he sits in his homeland of Israel wondering what will happen. If by chance you did get the loser to pony up with some funds, LMK I have a a *PROPER* release agreement that you can both sign. I got fucked when I bought my first paysites and ultimately settled out and had my lawyer draw up this document. However, in all likelihood the guy won't be worth a dime.

Don't get me wrong.. In no way, shape or form do I side on the side of a fucking thief..HELL NO.. I was just trying to say that legal action costs money & is often times unfruitfal & sometimes it seems easier to collect monetray damges via arbitration.. Content theft SUCKS & BITES!!! You take a look at my site, you will notice that EVERY single gallery has a copyright notice granted to the company/org/etc that has given me license or permission to use it..I also link back those sources..I try to do ALL my sites to every letter of the law & follow evry TOS/Rules, etc.Sure, If I were the victim I would be seriously pissed off.. However, realisticly speaking..How can you collect & such without spending a ton of your hard earned money,,there are sometimes easier & more simpler ways... Do research on the law..back-up your claim..save your proof..(get screen captures..) Throw some offers of obtaining compensation,,(remember..you hold the cards..not the offender)..shall the offender refuse, us all tools necesarry to get hin shut down, etc.... Fuck no.. Ive dealt with some of them before, I had an exclusive set that I happened to find in a tgp one time, followed it to one of their sites. I emailed them and they told me they wanted to see the models id and the release form and the copy of the copyright from the goverment :-)))) Of course I didnt send, but then they taunted me as in "Im in Isreal, you cant do shit, fuck off" Needless to say, the images are still there.... |
