For months, I have been getting 100's of hits a day from http://imrickjamesbitch.org/ spread out over dozens of domains.

Anyone know the scoop on them? I e-mailed them but it bounced, blocked them with .htaccess, but still get tons of hits for some odd reason.

Why you are blocking his traffic?

He's ref spamming right now, I'm alos seing it in my stats.

Because they are just loading pages, not sending traffic.
And, even though they are being redirected, they are still hitting my sites.
That isn't odd to you? :)
