Epassporte Problems (My pin isn't working and can't change it)
 

Anybody else had a problem of your pin number not working..
and when I log into the control panel and try to set-up a new pin number, it says

"Problem setting pin number please try again later

Your best bet is to call them and have CS put in a support ticket for tech. If its something they have to fix you are most likely out of luck until Monday.

I was just through this several weeks ago.

Happens to me all the time, I gave up and just use Paypal now.

same problem here , pin just stopped working. i called support and they fixed it , i had to reset it. *this was a few months ago
