How to copy & paste without keeping the format?

Every time I copy and paste something from the internet into Outlook, excel etc. the format is kept and that is pretty annoying. How do I copy the text only and not the fontcolor, size etc. ?

One way to do it would be to open up a session of notepad... copy your text from your page, paste into notepad, recopy, then paste into Outlook :2 cents:

There is probably an easier way, so here is a bump :glugglug

if your pasting into word (2003 version)
a lil box pops up bottom right and you can
choose to keep or loose the formatting...
