Okay, I need to make a DVD movie from an AVI file
 

Premier Pro keeps giving me errors, DVDshrink won't work, Alcohol 120% won't work, Windows Movie maker won't work and INtervideo DVD Creator won't work.

I have read through so many sources online but for some reason this shit won't work!

Please someone throw me a bone here...

look for a program called DVDsanta. It always works for me

Select DVD as a media, then just drag & drop.

I recently made a DVD out of a 20 year old VHS tape of my old family home movies.

I captured the video to AVI. Encoded it to MPEG2 using TMPGEnc and then used a great program called DVD Lab Pro to create the DVD vobs complete with interactive menu's.

Possibly more than you want to do and I'm sure the other suggestions in this thread work great but I was so impressed with DVD Lab Pro that I just had to post. :thumbsup

Are you changing it from avi to mpeg2

by a legit copy of Premiere Pro.... :2 cents:

always look at your original source...is the avi corrupt? will it even play from begininng to end? (no fast forwarding)...that's my initial reaction.
