Most anonimous way to register a domain name?
 

Hi.. I want to know whats the best way to register a dot com without giving any real information about myself.. i know i can allways give fake information on the whois.. but i dont want a company to even have my credit card information.. any way to pay for a domain with good old cash?

namecheap.com - you can pay for your domains with paypal.

but then paypal would have his personal "TOTAL PRIVATE & SENSITIVE INFOMATION" :1orglaugh

Well. It's not something I would do but say someone had something to hide and wanted to buy a domain anonymously, one could set up a paypal account with bogus information and could transfer money from another paypal account. Then someone could use a registrar that accepts paypal.

:warning That's just a possibility, I could be wrong :warning

Some BP registrars offer this , but its something like 50$ to 100$ per domain.
Cash or money orders normally.

The only 2 reasons in the world i know why ppl need services like this, its for mailing or spyware stuff.

You can get a prepaid visa now that doesn't have any ID tied to it. They are being sold in gas stations !

I don't think gas stations in Buenos Aires sells prepaid visa cards :)
