search engines don't require recips. It's better to submit 1st on dmoz.org and from there the major SEs will pick your sites.
All free sites asks for recips, but a small text link is enough for them. Try to give to everybody the same kind of recip(text or button)

Like tommys, green guy, sexsearch, shit like that, but that dont require recips..
