Which logo to use? Advice
I finally got around to fiddling with the logo for CH33RS a little more.
Instead of just red I wanted to add a little effect to it. old, simple, no style http://www.ch33rs.com/logo2.gif new, with a little style added: http://www.ch33rs.com/logo.gif help me out, i usually go very simple, but wanted to brighten the ch33rs logo a little, so tell me what you think? i have the new one up http://www.ch33rs.com which looks better? |
Second one.
|
Alone, I like the 1st. But seeing it on the site, the 2nd one looks better.
|
Do you really ask us about the logo? :)

I like the flat one, I am iin a debate and am allowing the public opinion to choose. i want to use the first one but want to see what people think. what did you mean to say here "Do you really ask us about the logo? :)" missing a word? |
Anyway, at first look I like the first more, but after a while the second one looks better.

the second one hands down.
the first is kind of "flat" or boring. |
The first one, that 2nd one has too much emboss imo ;)))
|
That's not cute.. if you want something simple, put a white stroke around the red CH33RS .. :thumbsup
|
Second one.

Let me translate this post for everyone:
I suck at design and really just want everyone to come and post on my board that is dying faster than the pope. Your spam has been very funny lately Fletch. You must really be getting desperate. I do give you credit for pushing another board and staying under the radar this month. Cheers. Now go ahead and make a troll comment, or maybe something about my post count. It's not going to bother me. We both know the truth. |

I recommend that you use the second one, but tone done the bevel effects just a tad. I think at the level they are at now the white contrasts too much. You can take a look at my logo design site (shameless plug)

Holy Shit. Your design work is worse than Fletch's. I could steal a copy of Photoshop and do better than that, and I have never even used it before :1orglaugh |
first one is better
|

simple and clean is what i personally like... |
the old one was better.. :) :thumbsup
|

Oh come on, they weren't that bad! They were neat, clean, and could be easily worked into most pages & color schemes. I think a little pricey compared to what they offer, but simple enough to work for someone who can't make them, themselves. If stroke & emboss are equivalent to high quality design, then I agree, fletch is by far, the way to go! :thumbsup |
First one
second one looks to kiddish bubbled n such gay |
you guys can bash all you want.
ive worked for enough people that i dont let posters opinions sway the fact our client list is very, nice. http://www.overmindesign.com go ahead, bash it. it just makes us more money. |
