Whats a good SMALL digital camera?
Anyone know alot about digital cameras? I want a new one but it HAS to be small... like cellphone / pocket size small but still shoot good pictures.
Go to Walmart and check for those $6 card size cameras.
Exilim Z40 and Optio S5 are both small and good. The pro with the Optio is that it has a VGA outlet so you can see the pics on a TV.
Sony Cybershot is a pocketsize 4.1MP. I like it. It takes pretty good pictures too.
Also impressivly cheap. |
Canon S550
I got the Canon IXUS4, i highlt recommend it. You can always get a higher MP.
Canon SD300

I have a Kodak Easyshare 5 MP. It's normally about $300 at Walmart, but if you shop around you can get them for up to $100 cheaper. The pictures are excellent and it takes acceptable video with sound with the length of the clips limited only by the amount of memory you have.
The Canon Powershots are small and are great.
Sony 4.1 MP , it is cool, but I don't remember the model :(

Which model do you have? Any pros/cons with it? I'm deciding between Optio S5i and Exilim Z50. The Exilim has gotten better reviews, but you can hook up the Optio directly to a TV. So I'm not sure which one to get :) |
i SWEAR by my Exilim... ppl freak out when they see it, like its some kind of a freak-item... fits in my pocket, no bulge.... can hang around your neck under your shirt even... my exilim and i have been around the world 4 times, whore houses, taxis, clubs, snow, beaches, helicopters, you name it... still tickin !
