Just got a deep fryer....
Its kinda small.... but not too bad.
Any1 have any recipe suggestions? |
Boneless chicken breasts, cut up into small pieces and dipped in beer batter the deep fried. Whip up some fried rice, some duck sauce... Mmm Mmm... now I'm hungry. Tanks :disgust

I always liked doing chicken strips and things like that. french fries of course too. |
ok question: my girl tried making zucchini sticks.... she put breading on em but they came out all soggy and that shit came off.... Is there something ya gotta add to make it stick?
Ive heard deep fried twinkies are the bomb..... any1 ever try one / make one? |

You need about a half a cup of flour, and 2 eggs. Beat the eggs. Then coat the zucchini strips with flour. Cover them with egg. Then roll them in the bread crumbs. Deep fry them until they get that nice golden brown color. :o |
cool, but i'd never get one. the smell they put in your house is disgusting.

Marinate chicken wings in hot sauce over night. Flower and deep fry the wings. Re-coat in fresh hot sauce. Enjoy with beer.

coat some onions with whatever coating u got and throw em in (cut them up first)

when i was 15 i worked at a snack bar and we made fried twinkies
you take a simple flower and water batter dunk twinkie deep fry sauce of your choice on it most popular is chocolate syrup and powered sugar I didnt liike it but i dont like deep fried things anyways |

If the zucchini sticks are soggy the oil wasnt hot enough. If you like the insides soft and the outside crisp, fry them twice with a 10 min or so break in between.
Warchild no way man.... flour, egg, garlic breadcrumbs, flour, grated parmesan and some cayenne... THEN douse them in equal parts butter and louisiana hot sauce. :upsidedow |
