MyVirtualCard.com Missed Payout?
 

Anyone else uses MyVirtualCard.com for payment processing?
If so, did you get your payout this week, I still haven't received mine and neither a support ticket nor an email I sent has been returned yet... :disgust

I've never had a problem with them before, its just that this is the first time that a payment was not sent and there have been no replies from any of the reps I contacted and from the support ticket...

Well its now been 2 days with no email or support ticket replies...

I got a check from them 2 days ago :thumbsup

From what I can gather the problem only affected people paid via Wire Transfer, a friend of mine didnt get his either. Its strange that they are not responding to any support requests though... :(

Did you have any chargebacks recently?

Keep us updated on this one. Myvirtualcard seemed to work quite well. Hope this one doesn't go under...

Nope, last chargeback I had was in november...

just wanted to chime in here... my MVC wire showed up like clowckwork on friday, so i have no worries about their veracity and professionalism in this industry. i have great hopes for their billing concept and have entrusted one of my main paysites to them as primary biller recently... i couldn't be happier w/ the sales, scrubbing or service from their outfit, top-knotch in my experience.

i can honestly say that no other biller i have dealt w/ has treated me this well when technical help was needed, lightning fast responses and resolutions, have never felt like i had ended up in a faceless 'queue'... keep up the killer work MVC, it was very nice to find another viable billing alternative through your outfit!
