Its a good name... it is what it is. I feel its worth $1,000 FIRM, so that is what I will try and sell it for.

The date doesn't matter... the name is the same as it would have been if it was picked up 4 months ago.

The date is an indication of demand. By now all domains worth $1k have already been registered, not something you can pick up today.

False... names expire and I lucked out picking up a good one.

When I first purchased it I thought it might make a good TGP site name related to the TEEN niche... but I realize I do not really have the desire to create a TGP right now with the little amount of time I have. I did think about starting one (up until this morning)... but, I just had a change of heart.

You can change ownership of a domain the very next day where I purchased mine...

its not up to the registrar, it's an icann regulation, you can change the whois to a new owner sure, but that's not how domains are traded

yes... all i have to do is setup an account at the registrar where i purchased the domain and change the whois info..

and the person who purchased now has the domain in their posession (and they can keep me from accessing it)

its their own account... just transferring to another account on registrar's records/site
