Billing companies OUTSIDE of the USA?
 

Who is out of the USA? I have a friend who is getting into the biz on the pay site end and I'm helping him do some research on billing compaines outside of the USA. He has his own merchant account, just needs someone like netbilling to act as a gateway for it, that is not in the US. He's hell bent on this so.... :upsidedow
