Phat... most of the bw we use is high quality 1st tier with a fiber connection right on backbone. We can get excellent pricing there and I seriously doubt anyone is going to do better for us in that regard for quality.

We are looking at the discount providers specifically. The quality of the bw is not our primary concern in this case or we would run it through our other providers.
