Pink, some times whitish if you go with that salmon/trout fishy thing they have.
That said most salmon sucks balls, that farm raised horseshit tastes like rubbish. Salmon is only worth eating when you get it locally from rivers and best when caught yourself.

I'm not a fish person. I'd rather have burgers.

i have no clue. i hate fish. we just had ribeyes on the grill and some rice pilaf. yummy.

this is what i ended up making.

salmon stuffed with prosciouto, feta cheese, basil, and capers. with asparagus and mashed potatoes in a lemon butter cream sauce.
