that is very weird because conversions are consistent and we have monitors on the join forms that trigger alerts if there is a problem and there have been no flags, alerts etc. in the last several days.

is there a particular country people are having problems from ?

can somebody send a screenshot or post?

we can switch processors if necessary. the link posted in the first post is not a valid hotelheiress link btw - it is a partial affiliate link. all our tests functioned normally.

join button was what I tried before. I know you didn't mean it man. I just enjoy breaking balls. I used IE and it works fine here in the US :2 cents:

what browser were the people in that could not connect?

Michael and our 2 sys admin's are dissecting things over here to see if there are any bugs we can find - so far nada - any additional details about

country of origin, your isp, browser, exactly what is happening and where and the initial page etc. is helpful.

server loads, mirroring, load balancing all fine over here.
