XPays, are Paris Hilton sites LEGAL?? Do these guys have to worry about lawyers?
 

XPays, there are tons of sites like this one http://www.parishiltonhacking.com out there that are promoting your video and have the new pictures of her cellphone on the site.

Are sites like these legal based on the agreement (if any) that you have with the Hiltons? Do these sites have anything to worry about from a legal standpoint? Can Paris's lawyers sue these sites?

Okay, thanks D. I don't own any Paris sites but I am just curious as to the legal ramifications of owning a Paris hilton site. I thought maybe Evan could clarify that for everyone to see.
