looking for a designer for a watercolor artist - flash
I want to know if a designer would be willing to design about 6-8 buttons a top banner for each page and have it be in flash. I am doing this site as a favor to my gf's uncle for free. He is a watercolor and airbrush artist. So I was thinking it would be cool if the top banner and buttons could look like a hand airbrushing or watercoloring the page.
The budget I have for this site is not much, so is there a great flash designer that would be willing do to something like this for about $100? I will have more designs in the future if I like the work done. I know 100 is not much, but I am desperate to help him out. He is a starving artist that does great work and he is just trying to get his name out there.
