HELP! LCD Monitor trouble!
 

i had a problem

The screen of my monitor is dark and when i press a button "AUTO" on the monitor (that conf all stuff) it seems that it will correct the problems, but then a message " (PASS) " apears on the box and it stays dark. this never happened before.

Then, i try fix it with the monitor menu options, and when i change something, the monitor turns off.

and here, the pic for the same box, with the "Pass" (that i do not know what is it) on it, when it chenages to this, the monitor became dark again .. while it is on the other, it's all ok.

Make/Model in google would be my second place to look after exhausting the owners manual. Wish I could help...

i can't find nothing usefull to this problem on google. Model is EN5100e from Envision

Contact the manufacturer.

Well, amazon.com has the link to the manual and several reviews from owners. Seems some people said they had overheating issues after 5 months or so and the company replaced it. envisiondisplay.com is the site.
