What does PTC and PTR mean? I never heard of them before.

PTR is also used to describe Paid to Read Email programs where surfers are paid pennies for each email they open. I'm not sure how robust or viable this model is but some of these sites are still around.

hmmm, well I just got this PM on a surfer board I hang out at: Was checking out your Blog. My partner and I are involved in PTC and PTR programs that involve pimping. Do you have a site of your own i might join?

I am not sure how she figured I was into pimping . . . or what that has to do with PTR/PTC
