Anyone know why a iframed page won't track hits?
I have a page iframed on one of my yahoo groups with a counter on it, but the counter is not tracking....anyone know if there some wierd iframe rule I don't know about?

Your "counter" can't register the iFramed page because it's server side, essentially. I may have my terminology a bit skewed, but basically your counter can't log hits to your iFramed page because it "virtually" doesn't exist in it's environment. That's way over simplification, but basically that is what is happening.

I don't see why it shouldn't if you put the counter on the page inside the iframe.
Main page = counter 1 iframe content page = counter 2 Maybe it's just your counter script not working properly? |
