the size of ICQ numbers can be misleading as the russians were selling 6 digit icq's for 50 bucks last year and did amazingly well with their sales.

Those with ICQ in the 7 and 8 digits I applaud that means they are solid people who don't have to hide .. besides I'm biased as I have a 7 digit number LOL

and yes Mr Izz I have heard great things about mortenb and his programming abilities
