Not really new ownership.. the same scumbags operating PHSL are owners of IBD as well. They just like shuffling papers and making press statements with lots of "forward looking" predictions in them.

If you mean different "turn around experts" - yes.. iBill did claim this to be the latest plan in "looking forward" :winkwink:

The only problem with that is, if iBill have enough webmaster funds to pay "turn around experts" to dump their problems on and blame when they find little hope.
