oh man. That's really not what i expected.
I got 20458 uniques today from a newspaper and only 1 subscribed and 3 made a call 2 enter the site. Damn! Paris did not made me any money!! :(

They linked to my site from their website and also had my website's name in their offline article. ... Jeez, all Swiss users - they have money but it looks like that they all downloaded the Paris movie already.

na really, i didn't pay for this advertisement, but the ratio is simply horrible.

only one sponsor has the paris video (not dvd) online....legally

swiss traffic is not the best billing-wise - not as many credit cards as say the u.k. or germany. the dialer option for them works- get that same link in a u.s. newspaper please ;-)

Fair enough but you run the program and I am sure that the number above is correct. Its just weird to me that webmasters normally jump up and down saying how well they do on this board yet no one is really doing that here about promoting the video.

You guys have done a great job with the video and site but I wonder if anyone searching for Paris Hilton has not seen the video yet since it is old news. Are they just looking for the phone book and the free pics from her phone? From the 2 stories in this thread it appears so.

I have done good with this I just signed up to xpays the other day within 30 minutes I had my first sale and I'm still at 1:250

i know you guys are running a tight ship over therebut i know about 10 people who are promoting you with this traffic from this whole phone thing
they are sending you ALOT of traffic and they are all converting over 1:1000

With my traffic, they are looking solely for the pics, so i suppose that's how mine is converting a bit better than others..

I sent 7k hits for 5 sales and it is almost all pop up traffic. 7k for 7 yesterday. This cell phone shit is not as targeted as the other traffic was. But it is plentiful and does convert so not like it is a bad thing.

im at 1:100 right now off some hpa's but my site has the phonebook, notes, pictures and isnt really focused on selling paris. More like just providing the stuff they want for free. Good news is now i have a new list of 73,042 optin subscribers who are intrested in "paris hilton updates" :Graucho


edit: that 1:100 isnt off the site with the phonebook just off the clicks from my hpa. Only 8 sales so far but better than nothing i suppose.
