Fuck you Visa, Piece of shit
this fucking sucks.... i thought i could use a company like www.thedelawarecompany.com to incorporate for me, and then use their supplied agent as the principle... but turns out.... the company has to be under HIS name... and he also has to provice SSN + EIN + Drivers Licence number... and no incorporating company will do that...
so what the fuck option do i have now??? i've kind of hit a dead end... any suggestions??? |

I guess if all else fails, find someone in the USA that you can trust. No need 2 tell you be very very carefull if you do this. oh this really was a bump for you |
Did you check out the Europe option?
|
okay some good news.... paycom doesn't require you to give SSN and drivers licence...
all you have to do is give a presense in the usa (physical adress supplied by the incorporation company) and then you can use your own principle name and passport number... |

There is no other choice at this time - any offered are bs and further commitment with strings attached. It's like wanting to sink deeper into a shit swap and get your head submerged :-) sonofsam: If you are based in Canada (Canadian citizenship), get the hell over to the EU and establish a corp there. It can either be a standard non-resident corp or an "offshore" in eg.. Gibraltar (but time in running out to do this in Gib, - act soon if you want this). Also check out the obstacle course on, eg CCBillEU.com - but it is worth the effort! You can then also use other EU processors as well as backup. |

What problems have any Canadian webmasters had by setting up in the EU? First.. it costs less since there are no Visa fees and you can buy a corp for less than the cost of Visa stuff. Next is.. dealing with subsidiaries of US third party processors.. such as CCBillEU - anyone had problems there? Next... There are other EU processors which can be used as backup if a presence exists within the EU. |
ccbill.com? That may be a better option for you.
