Slightly off-topic question:-

If you have a "drunk girls"-type site hosted in the US, wouldn't you have to say "All girls on this site are over 21" rather than "All girls on this site are over 18" as a disclaimer, given that the legal drinking age is 21 and therefore you're breaking a *different* law if you have pictures of drunk 18 year-olds?
