A night club.
Depending on the laws of your city, state, etc. for topless, pantyless, and liquor can make a huge difference. I know for where I live, you can't serve alcohol where they go without drawas. So you would not get that money, just the revenue from the overpriced shirley temples. Stripclubs make the bulk of their cash from the money charged to the dancers per night (Deja Vu is like $300 per, and shitty club like $150), door, and drinks.
With a nightclub, if it's the hot spot, you have a lot more ways of making money from the overpriced drinks, to admission, and food, and whatever else you offer. I've seen some clubs from this state who offer just about everything under the sun (booze, games, food, etc.), and those that are more traditional with just music, booze, and ladies.
I would say clientel, traffic, and what you offer would make the biggest difference as to what makes you more money.
