But next time when you order something where the value is based on time sensitive purchasing like mortgage leads are you should contact the company and say hey I can't do the deal afterall now, go ahead and cancel my order so they can then be sold to someone else.

You don't leave the seller thinking the money is in route and its a done deal when its really not. So the leads are sitting there on a buy order losing value by the hour while they're being held exclusively for you and I get stuck with $3,700 of next day leads now worth far less money.

That isn't the way to do business deals.
