My actual thoughts are they are going to takeover Microsoft's power position. Google's leading internet/network technology and with their minds focused on such they probably are going to grab patents before Microsoft. I'm still not sure if Google's stock is overpriced yet though..

Where are you getting your info? It makes sense though that company that has their search algo as their most valuable asset would want to protect related IP

google is def. the company to watch as the internet continues to grow and become a part of life for everyone in the world....

I wish I could read legalese, there is some interesting stuff in there about how they deal with duplicate content/mirrors

...removing documents from the sub-set that are from the same host or from an affiliated host as the particular one of the relevant documents...
