You get what you pay for.... ask for cheap shit and pay for it then in no time you will see why it was so cheap. at 3 am when sht goes wrong and yopu cant contact support then youll see what i mean.

You should see some the inquirys coming in from people at the "cheap shit" host that just crashed and burned asking if we can match the price...

I've never really needed support at any host so I stay with the cheaper ones.

From all the hosting drama that went down this weekend or past week, i think many are learning their lesson.

Right... I used to look for $25 hosting when I started a year ago.. Then I decided to make a leap of faith and jumped into a Dual Xeon box for $300 per month with no web related means to support it. Now that servers sites make me $2000 a month and I've obtained 2 more dedicated servers and 4 more virtual accounts for free sites and other shit I do.

I used to be a firm beliver in you get what you pay for but that is not always the case bro :)
Instead of 20$ for formula for the baby i spend 12$ for the same size cheaper brand and the baby likes it more :D

We offer 24 x 7 on site phone support...you have to if you want to offer any kind of real dedicated or colo service. And if you paying so little....your hosts probably has to make a call to the actual datacenter just to have it rebooted anyway. Sad when you get roped in by a nice website and some datacenter pictures.
