I happen to prefer earthquakes and riots over floods.

Earthquake is on its way after the ground softens up a bit more.

my wife and i were talking about you haveing tornados. what do you do? I guess basements and earthquakes dont mix.

Tornadoes are more damaging in the midwest and south. Ours just don't produce enough updraft to seriously warrant a threat.

I don't mind the riots, or the earthquakes either. The last little quake turned my bed into a massage bed, and the last riot I saw no one even got hurt. ;)

What we really need is another Rodney King incident. Get things back to normal around here.

Sorry guys, it's all my fault. I was lamenting how we don't have good thunderstorms in LA like I used to see when I lived back east. Now look what I've gone and done. Careful what you wish for! :1orglaugh

Spoke to some in Hacienda Heights couple of hours ago. 3 people trapped in a condo because of the mud slides there. Pretty nutty stuff.

I have to say... this really, truly does SUCK! This isn't what the "Come Live in Sunny SoCal" brochure promised me at ALL! :disgust

Every day it downpours pushes me one day closer to moving!!!

I could sleep through a 5.0 quake. So fucking used to it living in the SVF but floods suck ass.

Nooo, I can't stand earthquakes. I'm so scared of them :(

I can see the storms brewing over the ocean. Chopper will not go out in rain and I haven't been able to find him proper rain gear.

I just sit and wait for the storms to let up and then make a run with him to the beach.

Come up here. We just had 3 tornado's touchdown. Have another week of the rain still. Besides just think of all the fun you will be able to have Wakeboarding on the lakes this summer cause there will be plenty of water.
