Der Schleicher 02-21-2005 01:49 PM

That would be great for your health and your loved ones too coz 2nd hand smoke is a lot fatal.

myjah 02-21-2005 01:59 PM

Hats off to you! That's great!

Sheri Santiago 02-21-2005 02:03 PM

congrats, your lungs are thanking you

Theodor S. Geisel 02-21-2005 02:06 PM

It's been over a year since I quit, and even to this day I get antsy to smoke, especially when I've had a hard day. But, I remember how I felt then versus how I feel now, and it is much better now. I *DO* remember how much I was coughing right after I quit, and how it got much much worse than when I was smoking. I don't cough nearly as much anymore.

sweetME 02-21-2005 04:23 PM

Good for you, I wish I could do the same. Was it easy for you?

yep, thats what happens with ex-smokers.. soon you will be an extreme anti smoker and because of that everybody, even non smokers, will hate your extremely expressed hatred towards smokers. So my tip: buy a pack a cigs, smoke em all at once and youll be fine :thumbsup

wdforty 02-21-2005 05:48 PM
