GFY counts RAW CLICKS, not Uniques
 

I picked a very old thread (notice the Last Post date) and continuously refreshed it for less than a minute. The result - 60 more "Unique" Views for the thread.

Before:

Isn't GFY supposed to only count UNIQUES?

That said, I guess 38,000 views for the Paris Hilton thread simply mean 38,000/22 pages/3 refreshes on avg. per active user = ~ 500 or 600 webmasters :thumbsup

GFY threads always counted raw clicks...

I read a while back that the new version was supposed to count Uniques, and on the SideKick hack thread everyone keeps talking about how so many people viewed it :winkwink:

vb does not support unique and never will

I just found it odd that people kept referring to the counter (even since GFY 3 went up) as if it only counts uniques.
