For sure, it's basically a link exchange.. When you send traffic thru it, a random site which is owed traffic will receive the hit and a hit will be added to what is owed to you. Simple enough?

So far, everybody has had the amount of traffic that they've sent returned to them - it's only been open for 1 day, and there's already about 30 sites enrolled.. This program will take about a week to take proper flight and it needs people like you, so thank you for signing up ;)
