Because they DON'T care. There's no money in it. You're monitored for a month or so and then ignored.

Poor kids. There are people, (like me), who love kids and can't have them who would gladly adopt, but nooooooooo.

I hope those two get the shit kicked out of them in prison. :mad:

This has nothing to do with adoption. It has to do with a sick and twisted couple. They would have done the same thing if the children were biological. Would you then wonder why somebody isn't watching their children?

Shit happens. Its tragic. But there's no reason to blame anybody than the whackos committing the atrocity.

Ask Bush. His Administration has made SWEEPING cutbacks to all social institutions. This is going to happen more often over the next 3 years so don't be surprised. Survival of the fittest. And then theres the healthcare thing...
