I should explain a few rules..

The relay is for deaf people so theres a few commands to consider.

When you enter a number and hit dial/connect it will connect to the operator and they will place the call and display the rings and such. DONT TYPE ANYTHING wait for her to say its answered . then when yu type a message she will read it back to the other person. At the end of every sentance you must type "GA" this means its the operators turn to speak. When they are typing dont say anything until they respond with GA at the end of a sentance.

If you have a question you type "q ga" at the end of what you wrote..
