It's just oscommerce, so not much. There are plenty of free oscommerce themes that you can play with.

Maybe I wasn't clear, I'm not looking for an Ecommerce site, but a paysite, but this is the designer I wish to use, what is he worth?

It's hard to tell from that site, as the whole design is based around a pre-defined template.
