Great windows xp addon for resizing photos

this program makes it so then when you select pictures and right click you can click resize photos.... and then it shows a list.... for best fit for 640x 480 or 800 x600 or 1024 x 768 and then makes copies of the pics in the size you chose... coming in very handy :)
