You need a server or 3, you need a paysite design, some CC processing, loads of high quality content and some live feeds and videos.....than you just ned to update daily or every other day and tweak the tour to make maximum profit.....oh ya u need traffic too :thumbsup

You need to only think about ultra niche sites with exclusive content (that is shot by someone into the niche personally).

I have never worked with paysites, I work with dialers. I see so many paysites poping up and like to know what it costs...

All kinds of things contribute and pretty much negate the ability to put a price on it =)

If design, programming, maintaining and updating of the site itself is done in house. $5,000 should be enough to cover the initial costs to get you started...content, servers. Of course your going to have to find a way to promote your site because $5k isn't going to cover it for an affiliate program.

A $5,000 paysite can look just as good as a $1,000,000 paysite if you have the skills and the talent to design it like one and to shoot your own content in a professional manner (lighting, equipment etc.). But then again all that stuff is another whole set of costs....oh well i tried.

Good CMS for backend... from $300 to $5000, make sure it does automatic updates daily.

Ad material, banners, galleries etc. $1000 good start up set.

I guess minimum $10.000 you can get it up & running without affiliate program. Plus another $10.000 for extra content within few months. Sure this is not exact forula... some say you need $50.000 some no way under $100.000 some say just $1000. Large variation!
