    Having Members Sucks (help?)

    What the heck.. just recieved this one:

    "Iam a member and have a vidio of this movie, but the guality is poor. I have looked thru your vidio stores and donnot see this movie listed. I wouid be interestted in optaining a new coppy of this movie and others from the same period . also interested in movie"

      That's not that hard. He has a copy of a video that he really likes, but the quality has deteriorated so he wants a new copy. You don't carry it. He's asking if you can find it for him and others like it.
