I left my computer and when I tired to load up icq I got the message.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.

Runtime error
Program C:/program files/Icq.exe
Abnormal program termination

I normally get the tech to look at it but he is swamped!

Any tips?

It sounds to me like yo got a WORM that rewrites EXE files on your computer at random

Hope this is helpful. I was hit by this virus several times in email and Norton cleaned it right up.

According to my Nortons AntiVirus there are 58,293 KNOWN virii
