Get off the strip.
There's a great one about 3 miles away. Look it up because it's cheap but better yet it's real and not one of the fake ones on the strip. |

for highr end, go with NOBU
for more budget-friendly (but still damn good sushi) hit Sushi On Trop, a couple miles off the strip on Troppicanna Avenue, their $22.95 all you can eat sushi is awesome, the service rocks and no round eyes working the sushi bar...it's also rolled to order |
