Yup vacation.

small time operators seem to shut down when they take their weeks vacationh.

I bought from him once when he was on vacation and had no problems. He has a staff.

Just to clear this up, yes we have staff and they work 9 to 5 like the rest of the world.

Someone does keep an eye on the emails outside office hours though.

But we are not a membership site.

Usually the FTP emails go missing due to the recipients spam filters or even his mailing service filtering out emails.

It's only clowns like 11clunks who have to be on call 24/7 to make a living.

I am trying to be here 24/7 anyway this happen to me very often - I simply overjump or forget about some email time after time.
