Ibill class action suit.

Anyone know anyone who is planning or have already taking steps toward a class action suit against Ibill ?

Iīve had it by now, I have been patient for months now, but week after week, all we hear is "we are moving forward - new update next week", and the next week we get the same recycled garbage all over, itīs been like that for weeks and months now.

I donīt know much about class action law suits, but I know that I donīt believe that I will ever get anything from Ibill, and Iīm interested in salvaging whatever I can. So please contact me on [email protected] if you know anyone who is taking steps toward a class action suit or if thereīs a suit that I can participate in.

To Ibill:
I just want my money. I can understand that you have problem, but week after week, I have been checking in on the CMI. All I see is that you will give me another update next week. It doesnīt matter when I check the CMI, itīs always "next week" and when I check in "next week", itīs still "Please, see next week". I just want my money, but you have giving me nothing that would make me believe that iīll ever get them :-(

(I could mail this to you, but you donīt reply anyway).

Would be nice for all that are owed money to start up a list soon.

"we are moving forward - new update next week",
"we are moving forward - new update next week",
"we are moving forward - new update next week",
"we are moving forward - new update next week",
"we are moving forward - new update next week",

Class action lawsuits do little more than make lawyers rich.

unfortunately the only people who win in class action suits are lawyers. My parents were part of one and got $76.97 .

You are probably right, but if I could just get a fraction of what Ibill owns me, that would be better than nothing (which is what I will get from Ibill if I donīt do anything).

They have been stringing us along for months now.
December: All past amount will be paid by the end of this month.
January: All past amount will be paid by the end of this month.
February: All past amount will be paid by the end of this month.

Now they donīt even promise an update next week, it an update in 3 week - not a promise to pay (which I wouldnīt believe anyway), but a promise to "update" the CMI in 3 weeks, and I suspect that it will say something like "we are moving forward - new update in August 2008".

If your owed 10k or less or will settle for 3-5k instead of waiting. Use your option and get it via small claims court.

Iīm a european webmasters - is it possible for me to do that ?
If you have a link to more info on it, please let me know.

At this point I would settle for 30% of what is owed to me, beacuse I will never get 100%

It's a waste of time and money Claude. If you want to follow others and act - just get it done asap.

If there is any suggestion of other than "normal" behavior from iBill - ie.. if you are in possession of bouncing checks or some funds have gone missing tho appear to be paid on your stats blah...

Contact the Florida Attorney General's office - they already have a growing file and are interested in consolidating this and hearing from more victims - the number is 866-966-7226.

If you want an attorney in Florida who is already familiar and dealing with several iBill suits, you may want to contact:

Hillary Kaps
Rumberger Kirk and Caldwell

Mmm ...I did not mean to suggest there is anything normal about iBill - that would be fantasy ;-)
