Who's dick do I gotta suck, to get a site approved and activated??

I submitted a new site on Tuesday, waited my 48 hours, had NOBODY from CCBill has even visited the site, had NO response to my emails about a status on the site..

Now I know I'm not one of their "Big Boy" customers, but I throw a fair amount of cash through them, and overall they are a great billing company, but damn...

I'd like to get this done today, so I can launch the site tomorrow, for the 3 day weekend..

Can anyone from CCBill help me out here???
