recommend good registar for .jp domains..?

yes... is this a prerequisite though? i see that godaddy lists .jp as an option w/out mentioning that. but yes, i do already have one..

I just remember reading a thread where someone was trying to register a .jp domain and someone who seemed to have some .jp experience mentioned that you need to have a physical address in Japan.

Try doing a search for it.

will do, i'd prefer not to deal w/ that address over there, the forwarding is expensive via EMS... thx friend..!
