Which one makes you feel more like shit, when you do something and someone says "I am mad at you for that" or when you do something and someone tells you "I am not mad, I am just disappointed."

Seriously. If a parent tells their child they're mad at them, it's really no big deal. But when a parent is dissapointed, then it hurts.

it hurts & bothers me more when someone says "they are dissapointed"...it pulls down my self esteem, it bites me more!
